Cold weather can damage the indoor plants, so it is necessary to give them more care when the temperatures start to change.
First, bring home all the herbs that do not get along with the cold. This way they will be at a more optimal temperature, and you will be able to monitor the possible changes in some of the plants. Clean them from all the drooping and dry branches and leaves.
Set them so that those who need more light will be close to the windows, while others should be placed in the less-lit corners of your home.
The hot weather has already passed, so you no longer need to water them too much so that the root does not rot. Depending on which species you have, reduce the number of watering according to what each plant itself needs. In doing so, be careful not to water them with tap water right away – wait a little bit until the temperature of the water reaches room temperature.
Finally, you need to make sure that the leaves, flowers and branches of your plants don’t touch, to have space to “breathe.”
